Unlike pressure washing which can damage shingles, our soft wash method effectively removes black streaks, lichen, moss, and algae without harming your roof. Soft washing is the industry standard for cleaning roofs.​

As apposed to a soft wash where you soak a roof with a solution to kill existing organic matter, a dry wash is a process in which we apply a dry powdered solution to a roof to help prevent organic buildup. While it may gradually kill some existing growth, it is not meant to substitute a soft wash as it's more of a preventative measure. If you've had your roof cleaned recently, this is a great add-on to keep organic growth at bay.

Have some clutter on your roof, but aren't looking for a roof wash just yet? A roof blow off will remove debris, leaves, and dirt from the surface of a roof. Preventing debris buildup that can trap moisture and cause roof damage improves the roof's drainage by ensuring gutters and downspouts are clear, and enhancing the overall appearance of the roof.

Gentle Roof Brush:

Sometimes there can be a layer of moss growth so thick, the only solution is gently brush it off before applying our soft wash solution. Don't worry, we take extra precautions and brush gently.
